- Stay well-hydrated in the days leading up
- Gently exfoliate the treatment area (lips or brows) 24–48 hours before your session
- stop using medical grade skincare such as retinols around the treatment area at least 2 weeks prior
- inspiration pictures are encouraged to bring with you
